Cookies provide pop-up deliverers a nice itemized list of the crap that you've viewed. If you're cache has cookies with names like 'one_legged_whores', 'easy_schoolgirl_sluts', and 'i_screw_everything', chances are you're not going to get many pop-ups for floor tiles and replacement windows. Given that she was a substitute teacher, the computer was owned by the school, and she probably wasn't surfing porn in front of her students, she really can't be to blame. I could be wrong about alll this, though, and to answer your question, no way does she deserve any punishment. 2.
